- My local health food store had samples of the following Chocolate and
- Carob Pie and they were delicious, just like the real thing! I noticed
- someone was searching for some chocolate recipes, here's a super one.

- It is diary-free and no refined sugar!

- Chocolate Pudding or Pie Filling:

- 10 oz. Sunspire Chocolate Chip (or Carob Chips)
- 2 pkgs. Silken Firm Mori-Nu Tofu
- 3 tbsps. honey OR maple syrup

- Heat chips in double boiler or microwave until melted. Add honey and
- stir until smooth. In a blender or processor, blend Mori-Nu Tofu until
- smooth. Add the Chocolate/honey(or syrup) mixture to tofu and whip until
- creamy. Pour filling into Pie Crust or eat as a pudding. Chill until
- firm. Slice and serve.

- Graham Cracker Crust:

- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1-1/4 cups graham cracker or other cookie crumbs
- 3 tbsps. honey

- Mix together and press into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes. Chill before filling with pie
- mixture.
